Here are some interesting  recipes for this larger than life fruit that is the rage this seasonJackfruit Rava IdliIngredients 1/3 cup Jackfruit flour, 1 cup rava (sooji/semolina),   cup curd, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp gram dal, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped green chilli (optional), oil as required, salt and water as required.Add rava and jackfruit flour and roast a little in oil.
